Pool Major Improvements Survey
|
|
The Board of Directors encourages participation in a brief pool-related survey.
We are considering potential significant improvements to the pool and would appreciate your opinion to help prioritize the new amenities.
Our intent is to use a portion of HOA surplus funds and reserves to ensure the CV pool has amenities consistent with neighborhoods of similar size and quality to help protect property values and increase the enjoyment for pool users.
The survey will be open through May 31st, so please click here today and share your thoughts

Many thanks.

Swim Diapers at the Pool
|
|
Opening Day at the Carpenter Village pool with bring with it an updated Swim Diaper Rule. The new rule states:
SWIM DIAPERS with snug fitting elastic legs and waist must be worn by all children under the age of three while in the pool in order to prevent fecal contamination.
Most disposable swim diapers do not fit tightly enough to contain solid waste. Reusable swim diapers or plastic pants may be used over disposable swim diapers to protect the pool.
CV is charged a fee for additional chemicals for every fecal accident.
Swim Diapers can be purchased almost anywhere, Target, Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, etc.
In order to give people enough time to get these diapers, there will be a grace period until June 1, 2012.
After that date, your child will be required to wear a swim diaper (not just a little swimmer disposable swim diapers), either one your purchase or one that can be purchased at the pool for $10, cash only.

That work will take approximately one week to complete and the surface will need to cure a few days before play can begin.
The court should be ready for play by May 18.
