The Clubhouse Committee is responsible for overseeing the use of the clubhouse by the neighbors of Carpenter Village as well as maintenance, repairs and recommending improvements for the building and its interior, equipment and furnishings.
The clubhouse is available for use by Carpenter Village, Legacy at Carpenter Village and Madison Place residents on a reservation basis for a small deposit and fee. Reservations are made by contacting Laura Moushegian at Omega Management (461-0102). Please review the Clubhouse Rental Guidelines for additional information. You will need to fill out the Clubhouse Reservation Contract and send it into the Omega office along with the deposit and fee in order to finalize your reservation. When you rent the clubhouse, a committee member will be assigned to your reservation to provide access to the building and also to conduct the inspection after your event.
