Established during the summer of 2006, this committee's charge is as follows:
To maintain and repair exteriors of the development's current physical structures including:
- Clubhouse
- Pool house exterior, trellis, and fencing (The pool house interior is handled by the Pool Committee.)
- Gazebos
- Entry features
- Brick piers in main common area
- Tennis court
- Volleyball court
- Tot lot equipment and fencing
- Irrigation at entry features and main common area
- Outdoor lighting excluding street lights, which are handled by Progress Energy.
- Anyone can report a malfunctioning street light on-line, click here to report a problem.
