Established during the summer of 2006, this committee's charge is as follows:

To maintain and repair exteriors of the development's current physical structures including:

• Clubhouse
• Pool house exterior, trellis, and fencing (The pool house interior is handled by the Pool Committee.)
• Gazebos
• Entry features
• Brick piers in main common area
• Tennis court
• Volleyball court
• Tot lot equipment and fencing
• Irrigation at entry features and main common area
• Outdoor lighting excluding street lights, which are handled by Progress Energy.
• Anyone can report a malfunctioning street light on-line, click here to report a problem.
